Monday Motivation
Each Monday between 10.00 – 14.00 hrs at Bradford Mechanics Institute Library, 76 Kirkgate, BD1 1SZ we hold our ‘Monday Motivation’ session, when we will host a group led activity followed by lunch, we will then have a 'wind down' activity where we can relax and unwind. £5 per person per session.
Tasty Chewsday
Each Tuesday between 10.30 – 13.30 hrs at St Mary’s Church Community Hall, Wyke we hold our ‘Tasty Chewsday’ session, where adults can meet and socialise with friends and share a meal. £10 per person per session.
Dementia Friendly Wellbeing Cafe
The last Friday of every month 11.00 - 13.00 hrs at St.Mary's Church Community Hall, Wyke. All over 60 are welcome, carers are also welcome to join us for some support and respite. Join us for refreshments, lunch, a raffle and live entertainment every month. £5 per person per session.

Home Support
For those unable to get out of the house for any reason, we offer a befriending service where one of our trained volunteers offers friendship and support.
A recent innovative project has been ‘Crafternoon Tea’, when volunteers have delivered food packages with short games and information/advice sheets to those adults shielding in their homes because of the pandemic.
During the week BDSP organises meet n’ chat sessions, art and craft activities and memory lane events at various venues around the Bradford District.
